In 1995, the Whistler family bought the theater from the Diebler family who owned it for 25 years. Since then they have worked hard to restore and maintain the 1940s ambience while incorporating a State of the Art Sound and Projection system. They were the first in the Valley to install a “Dolby Digital Surround EX” sound system.
