<P align=center>There has been a theater in this location since 1912, that we can confirm. The original building burned down in 1934 and was rebuilt in 1940. The Watson Theatre is one of the oldest Movie Theaters still in operation, and is the oldest in the Susquehanna Valley. It has always been run as a family business. </P></FONT>
